To be perfectly honest, it took me awhile to get into Audra. I felt like I was listening to two boys who wanted to sound like Peter Murphy. But this album grew on me and I realised how talented these brothers are - velvety smooth vocals and all. Projekt wins again with a great band on their roster.

An unusual balance of male (Robb Earls) and female (Carole Edwards) vocals leaves this album undefinable by any one genre. Robb’s vocals come off rough and raw while Carole’s voice will definitely be enjoyed by Kate Bush, Monica Richards and Danielle Dax fans. A touch of classic goth rock here, sweet ethereal there. This could have been a stronger album if Robb sung less, but I really enjoyed Fallen Angels and their Bauhaus cover is fun.
