The latest release from power piano maestro and classically trained vocalist Kristeen Young, is a harder, adrenaline-filled album compared to her previous release Enemy. There’s also a more proficient use of electric guitar in Breasticles when compared to her last album. David Bowie provides guest vocals in “Saviour”. The music on this album was originally composed for a controversial staging of the Greek tragedy “Medea”. The music can often be compared to that of Raison D'Etre and Letum, but with the use of clarinet and viola in addition to the electronic material to create dark soundscapes. At times the music changes from soundscapes to more violent beats and sounds that sound more along the lines of Desiderii Marginis and Nordvargr. Released on the Dorobo label.

The side project of F.J. DeSanto of The Aggression, with a few cameo appearances from the rest of the band. Where The Aggression tries to deliver a hard punchy brand of industrial, Hypefactor is more laid back and relaxing. There is a proficient guitar element in this album, but it’s performed and produced intelligently enough to work in tandum with the synths and electronic elements, so the overall product will still appeal to elektro fans.
